Budget Car Hire

Website says a van is available to hire and alloys you to go ahead and pay but when I called to check there is no vans available for over 10 days!

Like the other reviews on here, booked a van with budget only to receive a txt saying to phone them up. I phoned up to find out that they had no vans available and they made out it was my fault as I shouldn't have been able to book a van. Go with enterprise that's what I say, they may be dearer but at least you get a van. Even the bloke at Budget agreed with me

Called to change the pick up time. Only arrived there to find out they never changed the time of my booking and then trying to charge me for an extra day without telling me. Finally charged me an extra young drivers fee without ever mentioning that.

Absolutely diabolical service, I booked a van 2 weeks ago after speaking to somebody on the phone, only to be told this morning that the booking had been cancelled as they didn't have any available! 'You should have had an email'. Well I haven't received any email and you nearly wrecked my whole weekend! If I could have put no stars I would have, DO NOT USE THIS COWBOY OUTFIT!!!! Thanks go out to Enterprise Rentacar for saving the day!

Thought we'd hired a van from here to move house only to be told 2 days before that no vans were avaliable. I'd been given a booking reference when I phoned to check it was booked. We've now had to rent elsewhere at more than double the price! Terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend them to anyone else. Thanks budget for making a stressful time even more stressful!
