Booked a taxi fir 2 30 to get me to the train station I went outside were they said they were but there weren't there at 2 30 so I waited and they never showed up then message saying I never showed I did show up actually I was there from 2 30 the time I had asked for every other time they have been on time or early

Everytime we call 43 they are always late, give them the benefit of the doubt, but this morning my kid was late for school 10 minutes and they say its because of staff, well don't be booking taxis you know you can't cover, won't be using these again, absolutely rubbish service, I don't know how people rate them.
