Nearly every experience with this taxi company has been dreadful. The lady who does the tele-handling is so rude and is on every occasion, theres no friendliness in her tone of voice and slams the phone down when youre half way through having a conversation. 20 mins? Tell me that before I give you all my details so I can proceed to tell you Ill try somewhere else. The past three times Ive used this service, the taxi drivers have practically thrown my shopping bags on the floor outside my home and split my milk which has gone all over my shopping. Its disgusting and a sham of a service. In the last use of the service, I was told 20 mins and i was waiting over 40 minutes with my little one outside the supermarket. He was crying and upset because he wanted to go home, i was trying to call the office back to cancel the taxi but nobody would answer my call. I rang 5 times. And Im not the type of person to waste peoples time and just leave a taxi waiting when Ive called one. Although when the taxi arrive on the last use of the service, the taxi driver was really pleasant and was careful and actually didnt spill the milk! Thats the only reason why there is two stars. Otherwise it wouldve been ONE. I will never use them again unfortunately.
