        Unfortunately its now over 3 weeks since I ordered and paid and I don't have a complete sofa, delivered my sofa with a full section missing. I was assured it would be sorted directly. However after a visit to the shop and a further week I've had nothing from dfs or the delivery company. Very disappointed

        Really helpful and friendly service without sales pressure to buy. I was there an hour with my daughter and nothing was too much trouble: great advice. As it happened the sofas I chose didn't fit my space: gutted, they were so gorgeous and well priced.
