Kates Skates

Orderered a product online through Amazon with Kates Skates and when the item came it did not fit so I returned it. Normally a smooth process through Amazon. Not the case with Kates Skates, they wont give me a refund for some very odd reason and as such have made me jump through hoops with Amazon to try and get my money back even though we returned the item. Personally I wont be using them again and would not recommend them to anyone I know.

Point of sale..! I ordered some Bronson Ceramic Bearings and my order was canceled due to a pricing error. Pricing errors are not my fault. I now have to wait for a different set and my time is precious and this has cost me money. I will have to pay extra postage and I think that OnBuy and Kateskates should have honored the transaction. Point of sale and all that. If i make mistakes in my business i pay for it.. Elliott

I dont know whats happening with this store but I ordered goods over a week ago and then .... NOTHING. Wont reply to emails and am totally ignored. I wonder if this shop is actually a scam to be honest?

Exceptional customer service, staff are very friendly and really go above and beyond for their customers. Shipping was very fast and everything arrived in immaculate condition, will definitely be purchasing all of my gear through this website!
