I love this place mid week, it's perfect after a busy day at work and school for the kids to play while they wait for their food. There is always a warm welcome, no rush to pay, and kids choose their own toppings for the pudding which they love. Kid-friendliness: No issues with the playing or speaking loudly (as kids do).

Kid-friendliness: Great indoor play area full of toys. Parking: Easy free parking, so close to the front doors and great for disability access. Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled access throughout.

Wonderful afternoon birthday tea. Sandwiches, perfectly fresh with delicious fillings, all individual portions. This was a great idea as you weren't thinking "I had better not take too many, or Mrs Crumb has eaten all the ham!" As things stood we had to box a few up to take home. Sausage rolls and quiche, fab, and scones, with lashings of butter jam and cream. A generous slice of chocolate cake, (never mind diamonds being a girls best friend, I would stick with the chocolate cake). Another delightful individual cake, and a drink of tea or coffee orders taken at the table and delivered correctly The venue was warm, and cheerful, fairy lights surrounded our happy party, and staff were lovely, taking particular care of two little ones, both comfortable in high chairs. I will be calling back for more. We took sandwiches, sausage rolls, and in my case two cakes with lashings of cream, neatly boxed for later. Well worth finding.
