Happy Little Gift Company at Salthouse Post Office - Risedale Road

Stopped using this post office one because Linda needs re training on customer service skills her rudeness is priceless , and I've used many times but after countless parcels not getting there and I'm sure it's down to Marie Anne being short staffed and always on her own it's like the parcels get left for days , qnd I no this to be true cause when.i use.other post offices to try the theory it worked out so I will never use this post office again

I visited the post office yesterday to post a suit that I needed to return - the lady went above and beyond for me, packaged the parcel up herself and even wrote the address on for me. Each time I have visited the staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful. My favourite post office :)

Great Post office. Staff are amazing. Helped me sort out lots of items to send to Denmark into separate bags to apply with weight regulations. Read a review on this site, regarding an Amazon pick up at this Post office which is very unfair. A bar code is required to pick up Amazon parcels, which is sent to the person by email or text. This person in her review said that staff here don't know what they are doing. This is totally wrong. The staff here are always helpful.
