        I waited for half an hour in a queue which is fine as its a busy period for the shop, then got my photo printed and was told it would take one hour to print (told this after she clicked print, not before) so I said I would pick the photos up the following day, I collected them and brought them home. The quality of the images was awful! I called this morning to ask what they can do, to be told they are having issues with the printer and cannot guarantee the quality would be any better if I have them reprinted (but I would need to go back to the shop with three kids and wait in the busy queues in a very small shop again) They also said I should of been told about the printer issues before the photos being printed which I wasnt. Wouldnt use them again.
