Cohens Chemist

I ordered a repeat prescription on the 12th of April, it is sent to this chemist on 13th of April, I get a text from the chemist on the 19th to say its ready. Asked the person serving why it took so long and she said you can always ring up if you run out and we tell people it takes a week to sort a prescription out. Why does it take that long? Ive never been told it takes a week and Ive never been told to ring up if I run out! The person serving usually asks if Ive got a text but not this time they asked when did I order it? Whats changed? Well Ive changed to another friendlier and more reliable chemist!

The whole team is amazing. The customer service is always excellent. This is the only chemist I choose as its more than just a chemist, you are always met with a smile and provided with a service that's second to none by all the staff. Heather is one of the friendliest, yet most professional pharmacists I've met. Nothing is ever too much trouble and always makes time for any questions or advice despite being run off her feet. * And with the biggest smile :o) 10/10 by far!

Wonderful service, the staff are all helpful, and the pharmacist is absolutely brilliant, she goes out of her way to be helpful (very considerate and understanding) .
