        I bought my Nissan from Barton Townley last year. The process was very simple and the sales team were brilliant. I dealt mainly with Dave Risley - he was brilliant all the way through from ordering the vehicle to handing it over. Last week I went back to the Garage to have my car serviced and again I can not fault one thing. Chris Eccles was excellent from getting me booked in, to explaining the work completed and the final bill, plus the car was spotless! I highly recommend this garage. The staff there are really helpful and friendly.

        Poor customer services. I had an engine warning light appear and they refused to help, the gentlemen i spoke to was sharp, abrupt and rude. I was there on holiday and needed to travel back to Suffolk the following day. I contacted my local Nissan garage who talked me through what to do and offered me advice and assurance over the phone. Its a shame this garage were not willing to even give advice.
