Face To Face Mortgages

Paul is a legend. My circumstances have never been straightforward. I could have spent Months getting nowhere for a Mortgage and wasting my own time. But the lad comes up trumps. Now about to go on my re-mortgage and he's done it again. Well worth the 250 broker fee. Takes the stress out. I'll bring the coffee....cheers Paul.

Was not helpful and not polite , suggested to arrange elsewhere without taking a details , doubt they are professionals asking a question why am buying and why i chose the location not on my doorstep , surely am buying for business but this gentleman said go and get mortgage where i live . Am not the first time buyer and am an investor in property and never no one critisised or sugested go elsewhere . Two hours later i got mortgage approved helping other wonderful broker , who is very professional and pleassure to work with and gets great deal , I can recommend her to everyone in Barrow . Also i assume Face to Face can fix their attitude to pottential customers and they could have several deals done for one client in couple months and i assume i should point it to company's management where one person not willing to do business can affect its revenue and reputation . Sounded very similar as if i would go to the shop to buy a bycicle but shop assistant would tell me to go buy it of other shop next door . Why do you buy ? Have answered for buy to let purpose . Why you buy it there ? Hmmm have answere because i have good deal offered , what is strange with that ? I own properties all over the country and what it is strange with that ? Some prefer have everything on the door step but i take an advantage and there is not your case to tell what i can and what i can not as only if you recommend and advise from a good will it be appreciated .

I contacted Face to Face for advise about a first time buyer's mortgage, as I am self employed, I was unsure of the criteria used by providers to calculate the amount that I could borrow. I went to see Mark and he explained everything to me and showed me the best mortgages that were currently available to me, as they have no affiliations with providers I was sure that I was getting the best deal possible. Having given some information to Mark I left the meeting, which took about half an hour, with a mortgage agreement in principle and six weeks later I exchanged contracts on a property with quite a lot of advise from Mark, who was always happy to help, along the way. Excellent service from start to finish, I would highly recommend.
