Together Media

Absolutely awful experience. Paid for something that doesn't even work and they charged me twice! All in all I am 820 down and that was nearly 6 months ago! Very few responses to emails. Spoke on phone as and when someone was there to pick up. False promises! Never had a call back. Funny as they were on the ball trying to contact me for there services and taking my money! They seem to have changed their website etc which doesn't surprise me. Who knows if Ill ever get my money back!

I had huge trouble with Infinite Web Solutions, which seems to have disappeared - phones and internet now working or not answered, people not turning up for appointments and not calling. The problem started with a website they designed for me, which was ok, but riddled with errors - and getting those rectified proved impossible. In the end someone - someone called Gary Harbutt in fact - might as well name and shame - (happy to unshame if they solve the problem), agreed to come to my house and resolve the issues. At the agreed time, he didn't show up. I called, and the main phone was directed to an anonymous answerphone. Some research told me that they had trouble with their server (possibly couldn't pay for it), and they had lost all access to my website - which they hadn't actually registered in my name - which I am told is very unusual. I was also told that Infinite Web Solutions was now 'Together Media', working from the same building, with the same people, - so I called, asked for Gary, and Chris promised me he would call me back - for whatever reason he couldn't call until next week. Anyway, next week came and went, and he didn't call - so I am 500 down, with no website, and Infinite Web Solutions seems to have become 'Together Media' - or perhaps always was. Anyway, it's the same people, presumably with the same tendency to take money, make shoddy websites, and then change their name - so I reckon you'd do well to find another web developer.
