HORRENDOUS COMPANY !!! REJECT COLD CALLS IMMEDIATELY. Sharps Media Group scam you into buying Domains with the promise of an increase in traffic to your website.THIS IS A COMPLETE LIE. They sell you the domains based on a false promise. In our case, the company also made numerous incompetent mistakes. For example, the catchment wasn't attached to our site or listed on Google for a month after we purchased it despite being promised that it would be done immediately. When you call to query the company about the issues, they talk around the subject and avoid dealing with the task. I called countless times to ask them to address the issue and the customer service was appalling, telling me instead that they would call back, but never did. When you realise that you have been scammed by Sharps Media Group and ask for a refund, they then tell you to send a letter and dodge your phone calls like the plague. They then claim that they haven't received the letter and that nothing can be done. This sounds identical to David Pickering's experience. An embarrassing excuse of a company. STAY AWAY FROM SHARPS MEDIA GROUP.
