        Good customer service always helpful and friendly staff ...Never had any problems ..Beautiful stuff and most unusual things bought many gifts from there for my friends and myself upset that it will be closing ..They will be sadly missed

        shocking allowed my 14 year old to have her tongue pierced without parental consent some random man was called and gave permission for my child to go ahead when called the shop I was rudely hung up on. I will be taking this further with trading standards and legal advice.

        Appalling customer service.wouldnt replace or refund a faulty necklace which broke at the clasp when I opened it.clearly a fault with the product but apparently I strained it when opening ithow can you even do that.offered a replacement at half price.I know times are hard but is no excuse to rip people off.if I could give no stars I woulddisgusting.

        Had some earrings that I couldn't get in as the bars were a bit thicker than my other earrings someone told me to go to so silver and I'm glad I did what a lovely lady Wendy was very calm and reassuring put them in for me no problem and what a lovely shop will certainly be going back I totally recommend this shop go take a look and see thanks very much Wendy
