        Good shop but the frozen food freezers are always nearly empty or totally empty and can have something one week then never again in there fresh/frozen section good selection of outdoor garden and wildlife items at a really good price point. Compared to other places not price gouging

        I purchased a suitcase which had been incorrectly priced at my local store Barrow in Furness. The store colleague Gary Rawlinson looked for the right one, went to the back warehouse to locate it then proceeded to assist with the exchange/refund. He took the time away from the task he was doing to assist with this. Fabulous customer service and done with a smile on his face. Brilliant service thank you.
