        Husband Turned up today for a shower tray hed ordered online and desperately needed for a building job today. Asked them multiple times if it would be ready today, they said yes, drive over and hour to go there for 8.30am when said it would be In and its not there. Theyve no idea why and wont be there until maybe Monday. So husband now has a customer whos holiday guests will have no shower this weekend. Bloody brilliant
