        Bought some walking boots 2 months ago and they were letting water in so I took them back for a refund. I showed them pictures of my wet feet next to the boot that I'd removed that caused them. They weren't going to refund me as they said that wasn't sufficient evidence. They then told me that they'd never had a pair of this particular boot returned. To this I told them that this wasn't sufficient proof that my boots weren't going to leak. I had to tell them that I would seek consumer advice before they offered me a refund. The girl(?) On the counter was extremely rude, telling me that she wouldn't sell me another pair, to which my answer was "I don't want to buy another pair!" NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS.
