        Very difficult to get an appointment,my son was told to try and make an appointment next week.Not good when you are worried about something.I have also had the experience of staff being not very helpful .

        Some of the staff are really unfriendly and unhelpful, ive had really bad experiences here to a point where i stopped using contraception with them, so glad to see they are getting new staff which seem to want to help people instead of putting them down and making people feel bad.
