Went in to the Barrow store today and Jason and his co-worker (I'm so sorry, I can't remember his name) were superb. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm fairly new to vaping, a couple of years, but mainly sociably and not often. They basically explained to me what they would recommend for my vaping style but not in a patronising way. They knew everything there was to know about vaping it seemed, and took their time to listen and answer my questions. 10/10 store, ace staff, a warm welcome and a new regular. Thank you.
