Couldnt order online as their site didnt recognise the postcode of our hotel.
Called to order, only to go through the whole process and be told we couldnt order because my house 100 miles away doesnt have a number.
EVENTUALLY manage to place an order, only to find out payment has been taken twice! My fault apparently.
Good finally turns up & its burnt!

Constantly short of staff,food 50/50 whether hot and the service has certainly taken a dip....
Was a regular customer but find it hard to justify 40+ for poor attitude/service!
