        Alper was extremely professional and helpful. We experienced a breakdown while on holiday to the Lakes and we were very fortunate to deal with Enterprise Barrow and the quick turnaround. Shout out to Alper for his great service and patience with us. Highly recommended 5/5! He even stayed after hours to allow us to pick up the car and sign the paperwork. Thank you Alper

        Horrendous experience, I required a vehicle short notice to go to a funeral. The system allowed me to book a luxury car. I need this car early on a Monday morning, I received a call 15 mins before I was due to collect the car to tell me they didn't have one available. Why does the system allow you to order and more importantly pay for cars that aren't available, needless to say I was left in an awkward situation. The main issue came when trying retrieve my payment, I have been constantly informed they will check and call me back and till now no call back forcing me to have to call again the following day...be careful it feels like I've been scammed still no joy
