Laserquest (Barrow) Limited

Have used the parties for a while now but Quite disappointed today. Another party booked in with ours, games seemed alot quicker than they used to be, food was missing one meal so had to wait for that to get delivered, was told it would take 1 hour 40 mins but had to message parents asking for them to collect their children 20 minutes early. Not worth what we paid for 12 kids

My son had his 8th birthday party there last night and he and his friends loved it. Really friendly staff, I didn't need to do a thing, they did it all and helped the smaller children with the lazer packs. Such a great venue for a birthday. Thanks both the staff, they made it an easy party for me x

We hired the venue for an afternoon of laser quest and escape rooms and around 80 young people from the south lakes came and enjoyed the facilities. On arrival the staff were ready and waiting for us, they were friendly, helpful and willing to help us make our afternoon a huge success. The place itself was clean, tidy and had more than enough space for what we were doing. The whole process of booking the venue was easy, and the staff went above and beyond what we were hoping. We look forward to returning there in the future.

It wasnt great..i paid 65 for the no food birthday party which was two ten minute games half an hour late, i had to ask someone for a drink for them and thats it. I expected the girls (six 8/9 year old girls) to split into two teams so they could play each other but they just got put into the room to play against a team of much older girls that just dominated everything. It wasnt much fun for them. Score cards that are printed upside down are then handed out and you leave..
