        Rang up to cancel our order after waiting 2 hours for it. This isn't the first time. So unhelpful on the phone.

        Very, very slow with misleading estimates on the Barrow Eats app. Delivery was eventually an hour after the initial estimate and the food was stone cold. Also, they seem to have increased prices while decreasing portion size and stopped giving a naan bread with Balti. Very disappointed, will try the other Indian options next time. Place has gone way down hill.
