I've worked for this company for over 10 years and having worked for another care company previously I can honestly and sincerely say this is the most respectful compassionate and caring company and group of carers I've ever had the pleasure to work with and for. Working in this sector now for over 16 years like any department of the medical/care sector patients expectations may exceed the ability to deliver !!! But we can honestly say the upmost is done to live up to every challenge given to us, and with such a respected employer in Jakki Kelly I know this will continue for a long time to come .

Where do I start? The ladies that come to give me care are lovely Theyre put to task though. The carers arent paid for travelling and so a Theee quarters of an hour call ends up being 20 minutes at most. A 30 min call lasts for 10/15 minutes if youre lucky. The carers are in so much of a rush to get to their next client they rush everything to the point that the care thats given is not up to standard. I eaten mouldy food and been left in bed till dinner time Ive had to pay my cleaner to tidy up after the mess that the carers make of my cupboards. They havent got time to put things away neatly so they shove anything anywhere. Leaving my house upside down. The proprietor is fully compliant with this situation and as long as every call is completed the owner is happy.
