got delivery for lunch, chips were cold and stale and burgers werent even put together properly and hardly any toppings

Often get a toffee latte before a long drive, which helps however; yet again the coffee is only warm lasting only a few minutes into the drive. This time it was so cool that I had to drink it in one go before driving off. Also toffee syrup dribbling down the cup making for sticky fingers which I had to rub clean on my clothes. No good complaining to the staff as the last time I complained to them I was met with evil stares, as if they are saying " how dare you complain". Too many young staff who do not know how to speak, or treat customers, and are too interested in flirting with each other. The only decent member of staff is a middle aged lady with excellent manners and great customer communication skills. This is not great and despite giving feedback to customer services numerous times, it continues, and never a reply from customer services. I'll use Greggs or Costa in the future.
