Very poor service and ignorant to boot denied my disabled mum a motorised wheelchair who was housebound and severely disabled aged 84 because he said I had a reputation.????? Down right disgusting if you ask me, like I told him the wheelchair wasn't for me it was for my mam for some independence of some sort but he still refused
