Been with this surgery when Dr Patel was there well over 30yrs Never had problem with doctors, nurse or receptionists. Always helpful, does take while sometimes getting through on the phone. Am satisfied with the service I receive

Dont know why it has such bad reviews they have always been amazing with me , understanding caring and professional at all times . I highly recommend dr Rita and dr Mohamed also the reception staff as they have helped me with many things including phone calls when I cant get out due to being in so much pain.

Fantastic practice. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Quick appointments the phone call surgery is amazing and a fantastic idea as I work 24/7. Quick hospital referrals when needed. The receptionist are excellent and helpful. All the doctors I trust but I am use to Dr javera who is so helpful and efficient, prescription quickly sent to your approved chemist. I'd highly recommend this practice.

Im shocked to hear such terrible reviews, I dont go to the doctors often but every time I do I've felt respected, well looked after and was very happy with the service. Don't have a bad word to say against them and I would highly recommend.

Absolutely shocking experience from this doctor today!! (the male) I needed help and none given whatsoever. Also spoke to me so arrogantly when I questioned him about what I should do about my symptoms. He used to be pleasant but think he needs help himself to be honest. I will be changing doctor surgery next week if I can. Only stayed with the family practice because Dr Muhammed was my gp most of my life. JUST A SHOCKING EXPERIENCE!!!!!
