        Staff are a joke! They haven't delivered my mail for 3 months! They certainly do not deserve any pay rise!

        Easy 5 stars for me, I really can't figure out the negative reviews Royal Mail service for myself has always been excellent.

        I do wonder why RM think its OK to keep my Xmas cards in their sorting offices. Totally ruined my Xmas as all my family cards havent been delivered. No consideration for elderly who werent able to see their family & not even their cards. Also, when it suits your posties they throw my parcels on the doorstep but the day before you last strike you took it away again. That was 22 December, so I will have to collect myself & hope I wont have to queue in the cold! I have been down with flu for almost 2 weeks. Other Companies leave with neighbours or redeliver.! Any support I had for your strike disappeared when you decided 2 days before Xmas to withhold your service & I still havent received my Xmas. Its the public your hurting not your employers!
