Rang them mid-afternoon, after I'd been let down by another firm. Thought it was a long shot and that they wouldn't be able to help... how wrong was I?
The chap I spoke to totally got the vibe I was looking for, and forty five minutes later rang me back to say my t-shirt was ready to be picked up ! Totally amazing, especially the day before a double bank holiday weekend!
