Called for tea and a slice of cake in the afternoon.
No cake, as staff member busy relining the display case ( cake appeared after we had sat down).
We had a tea and a coffee. The tea was awful, made with hot not boiling water. So cool it was drinkable straight from the pot, only due to the low temperature it wouldn't brew, so was weak and horrible.
Surely staff are trained how to make tea.
