The best experience from a car dealer! Our window in a new Peugeot wouldn't go up. I contacted Peugeot Preston and they said they could do nothing for 9/10 weeks. Basically leaving us with a window stuck down for that length of time. I then contacted Guy Perry at Barrow, I called on the Wednesday they said bring it in on Friday! Martin whom kept me informed every step of the way was amazing throughout the wrote process. I cannot fault the service, absolutely fantastic, from the first phone call, to picking up the car. Recently had my Citroen e-C4 in for first service, was only able to leave the vehicle with Guy Perry Limited for a limited period due to time constraints. Martin ensured the car was immediately dealt with, the service was completed quickly and professionally and the vehicle was completed and available well within 75 minutes, perfect.

I can't thank Martin Clarkson of Guy Perry enough, my knight in shining armour!. We were staying in Keswick for 2 weeks when my Peugeot was showing a fault, alarm ringing and that I had only a certain miles left before it would not start. My worry was getting back home, especially with smart motorways not safe and dogs in the car. I rang Peugeot in Penrith as this was nearer but they didn't want to know. I then got in touch with Guy Perry Barrow and they were so helpful. 2 days later problem was sorted and holiday can continue with no worry. Just can't say thank you enough.
