As detailed in my previous review, I thank Tim, his time and efforts and he is the reason for more than one star. Again, I state, when money is flowing towards DSG Barrow, the service is as it should be.
The exception I've taken, and the reasoning for my upset is the lack of communication over 8 weeks. 27 phone calls from me to DSG and 3 returned calls, and a negative review is the most prompt response I've had.
Lost paper work resulting in wasting my time and money.
DSG setting expectations, unable to fulfill and with out the gumption to actually tell me.
Again I state this is not totally one sided and the other garage is at fault as well. However, being the individuals in the know, with the the relevent information, the onus of customer care now falls to you, something that is sadly lacking. Service: Electrical repair
