        It's barely ever open I've been when it says it should be open and it isn't, might have to move banks

        After going into the bank over 3 weeks ago the lady told me that somebody would contact me in 50 minutes to make an appointment still waiting This bank is worse than the natWest and that is saying something

        Due to be being at work I can never get into the bank, I have cash I want to pay it and I have to ask family to pay it in for me...nightmare , would be great for longer opening hours or even more days
