We visited on a Thursday lunch time to find new owners who had recently taken over the pub. Both were very friendly. Its a small menu with a few specials but the food is good and most is either gluten free or low gluten. The lamb cutlets were delicious as were the home made puddings. Its not far from Bristol, in a good place for interesting walks and has ample parking.

A really lovely county pub, perfect for stopping on the way to airport. The owners are extremely welcoming and very accommodating and we were very grateful to them for making us food when we stopped late in the evening. Would highly recommend and will go back.
