I first knew about Lesley through a well-being workshop organised at my workplace. I really liked how relatable she is, as a working mum with so many 'different hats' - like lots of us are these days. As a follow up from that workshop I booked in for a 1:1 coaching session, as I was keen to see what micro changes she might suggest I made to my life to help me feel more balanced. After my session with Lesley, I have come away with 3 different strategies that are completely achievable and perfect for me, personally, when I need that time to reset and recharge. Lesley has a very gentle way about her and it feel like she really got to know me and what I need, for me, during our session. If you are looking to invest some time into you, to help you find a little space to breathe and take stock, I would definitely recommend you get yourself booked in!

Lesley is a breath of fresh air in a world where women's health and specifically, issues like peri-menopause can often be surrounded by embarrassment and shame. I took part in her peri-menopause workshop earlier in 2021; she balanced warmth and humility with expertise and knowledge, leaving me feeling empowered and informed around a subject which I had found daunting previously. A positive force for women's health!

I first got to know Lesley when I joined her beginners running group. Her enthusiasm for women's health & wellbeing along with her super positive outlook was infectious, and 4 years later I have a well embedded fitness regime - something Ive never managed before! As well as being passionate about womens fitness, she is also incredibly well read and informed on womens health, wellbeing and our ability to positively influence the outcomes of some of things we experience as women. Her perimenopause workshop was a real eye opener, and since then she has helped me to draw up a workable weekly plan to take more control of the things I thought I couldnt my routine (or lack of), mindset, emotions, motivation, hormones, how I deal with things the way I do on a given day and how that aligns to my monthly cycle. Being more informed on all this means I can anticipate and plan for those times when the wheels come off or I get stuck in a rut, but more importantly it should make a real difference to the people around me too. I couldnt have done any of this essential selfcare work without Lesley and her non-judgemental, supportive, perceptive and sunshiney approach.
