        such a rude man. To me and my kids. Brushed it off as hes having an off day. Until .. I emailed and texted 4 times over the last 2 weeks to ask if Im up to date with payments and to pause lessons due to my medical reasons for my child. I lost track after Xmas and my last payment was late. So wanted to check where I was. This was the reply TWO WEEKS after ignoring all my texts and emails. Disappointing. I have to go through the diaries because you have not kept a tally. Im very busy and will do it when I have a moment. I cant just drop everything. You cant have many left anyway, as you were late paying for the last block.

        Went here 15 years ago , I'm still traumatised. The horses bite and kick , staff were abusive and rude and would reduce CHILDREN to tears on a regular basis. I am still traumatised to this day .
