Went to this church to help arrange flowers for a wedding. This is a lovely bright little church with staff flurrying about looking after its needs. Ladies who arrange the flowers do a wonderful display of flowers. Was proud to have the privilege to do this for my very talented friend Fiona

Yesterday after lunch at the ROYAL OAK, we walked over to the All Saints Church in Barrington, which dates back to the late 1100s. Plain old church, but what intrigued me most was the Christian feel of the place and its dedication to helping people. Noone was there, but an open door welcomed everyone, a tray was there with tea and coffee (and a water heater) free to visitors, and nearby a table full of all kinds of groceries free for anyone in need to take, along with a reference sheet where to go for help if it was needed. Now that is TRUE Christianity in my judgement. What a far cry from the US Christian evangelical churches with their guilt-laced tything programs.
