Weve hired a trailer every year now for about 3 years. Always had great service no issues with collecting and returning. One year we had a mishap and needed to repair the trailer. All was done as cheaply as possible and some of our deposit was returned back to us. Very fair indeed

This company is really good to deal with, a really good customer experience. As a buyer in my work time, I know the difference in the scale of excellent to poor. I would recommend Big Bear to anyone, they're a great business to deal with. I bought a Cheval Liberte Touring Country from them, picked up today, what a great purchase from a really good company.
