        Just before Christmas 2022, I took a duvet in to bed cleaned. Upon picking it up, I told someone I was here to pick up - about a week later. No one seemed to know which one was mine. I was told they had 3 duvets in (goose feather) but none were labelled despite me having a yellow slip with my name on it. They gave me a random one which up one checking at home, turns out it definitely isnt mine and Ive been given one that leaks feather every time I change the bed. I am annoyed by the lack of care from this company and now Im stuck with a duvet that is not mine.
