I cant fault COO Jewellers at all! From start to finish I have found Colin and the entire team to be so friendly and approachable and I have never found a team so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I got a new engagement ring and our wedding bands from COO and safe to say they exceeded my expectations. I have had nothing but compliments and most importantly my whole experience was enjoyable taking all the stress away from this element of wedding planning. Just AMAZING! What can I say- we had our wedding bands made in 2017 and the service from start to finish was first class. I contacted Colin earlier this year to do some work on our rings and to change my band and what can I say.. just perfect. Colin know all you need to about rings, diamonds , style and design and what works with what. He makes you feel welcome, he is so patient and kind and a true expert. My new wedding band is gorgeous and fits perfectly with my engagements ring. The additional diamonds in my husbands ring look like they were there from the start! All works to our rings just look perfect . I am looking forward to coming back for my eternity ring (if my hubby decides to get me one . Colin you are simply the best at what you do. An outstanding experience from start to finish, with beautiful attention to detail. Colin has been amazing to work with and really cared about or needs. He went above and beyond for us. Fabulous service from Colin when choosing our wedding rings. Especially with my partner who isnt a jewellery wearer. Couldnt be happier with our rings. Professional and personal service. Will be back in the future for more jewellery for sure.
