Had my fiesta done last year for mot, they keep you informed on the progress and even sorted my rear brakes out free of charge.

Purchased a vehicle and was assured this vehicle was Spot on. Firstly the service records were incorrect but I accepted maybe errors on previous ownership.The Vehicle I was told was apparently serviced to top spec by Emersons Farrari Mechanic brand new MOT. The vehicle has Severe water Ingress. Scorred & Thin Discs. Dents. Scruffy Front lights & Bulbs blowing - This was not described and vehicle delivered in the dark - Big mistake when i actually got let down on delivery day time. Emerson offered full refund which I have accepted "But now backing off his word when this was confirmed personally in writing by him". Very dissapointed with this Garage. Have tried to be amicable by getting very reasonable quotes by Specialist to correct this vehicles problems to end this ridiculous situation. Im getting pushed from piller to post by this Garage excuses that this vehicle was perfect when left his yard and that it is me that has caused the damage. Ive also been accused of using a Cloth or Sponge to wet the interior in his whatsapp message - Absolutely pathetic when Independent expert Garage that specialise in the vehicle I purchased off Emerson say differently. Emerson Also stated to claim from my Warranty Silver Cover Warrantiwise which I am Upmost disgusted with by just passing the Buck on. Terrible Experience with Barnstaple MOT & Car Sales. If I could give less stats I would 19/04/2023 . Cont :- I notice you have clearly missed out the Scorred Disc. The Mercedes Garage have changed 3 rubbers and they are all shot I have kept for evidence. Also the Roof Bonding has been botched only sealing 60% which just goes to show your inappropriate inaccurate tell tales. I asked for pictures of the underneath you stated its all plastic and nothing to view, It turns out and old dent in the Sill. I'm so glad I took pictures and including keeping yours from your yard clearly showing the Roof not sitting right including Video's of the Vehicle Lights Clearly damaged Running Light Cracked its surprisingly Excellent modern quality when pictures can be enhanced thanks too technology as light switched on hide the damage, All these pictures have times and dates! In No Way have I used reviews to get repairs sorted, I've just simply put reviews on your site as I'm personally devastated by how bad your Customer Service is and Supplying me with a Lemon. Your Reviews are Shocking it is obvious by Looking into your site that others have the same problems when purchasing Vehicle s from you. Highly Recommend after having my Audi A5 booked in for cam-belt and water pump replacement after I realised it was 7,000 miles overdue thankfully Emerson organised a slot for me within the same week. I decided to have a full service including gearbox oil and filter while it was there, after picking my car up it was like driving out Audi dealership from new again, engine was so quite with everything running so smoothly including automatic gear changes so was very much needed. Garry the technician did an outstanding Job on my car it was spotless around engine where he was working he clearly went that extra mile cleaning under trays and parts that had to be stripped off in order to fit new water pump and timing belt/bearings. Garry showed me photos during the work as the whole front end and bumper had to come off to access. So I was very impressed to see what work had gone into it and really appreciate those extra touches going above and beyond. Honest and fair pricing for all the work, No Audi Dealership would offer this service from a technician with attention to detail but would charge far more! So Thank you Emerson for booking my Audi in at short notice and getting the a Job done. I Highly Recommend Barnstaple MOT Centre.
