        Stood in there waiting to be spoken too re our wants, totally ignored despite staff walking past with customers, or items to put alongside sofas. Just a simple "be with you soon" would of been nice. We, and a young familey both walked out after about 25 minutes.

        Great customer service, only went in to see if I could get the bolts,to fix corner sofa,which I brought over 10 years ago, the staff where extremely helpful

        Sofa came which was great. Insurance policy they presented was in fact terrible - Googlemap search the company Guardsman Ltd. and you can see why. Paid 250 insurance and when I wanted to claim they gave me some wipes to resolve the issue. If your looking for a sofa in dfs, great, just don't bother with the extras they try to sell you.

        The staff are useless, went in twice and bad experience both times, Just happy to ignore you as understaffed for the size of store, I wanted to pay today and take the one off the shop floor as they had two there and I need a sofa asap but nope just refused and lost the sale
