        Postmen to Sherratts Oak area keep changing. Had a parcel delivered to wrong address as it says delivered, but I didn't receive it. I was in at the time of delivery, as well!! The postmen need to take more care.

        Got into town for 9 this morning to be told if may be open at 10, possibly 10 30! Beyond ridiculous for a main town Post Office.

        An absolute waste of time. Always closed; if open, it takes so long to be dealt with you may as well book your next haircut and take your lunch. Severely understaffed - Royal Mail management need to buck up.

        Rude staff, limited opening hours and long queues. I have stopped using this branch as I do not expect to be shouted at by staff. Also very untidy, rubbish everywhere. Much better to use an alternative postal service, especially with all the strikes. No wonder the service has gone downhill, they cant be bothered to work!!!!!
