        Had difficulty getting my skimmer to work effectively. After a recommendation to use the Octo Classic 110, I went to Blue Touch who delivered the new skimmer within a couple of days - its now working like a dream! Thanks and would recommend!

        Will certainly be using this retailer again. Excellent prices and amazing delivery. After an initial issue delivering my items the owner sorted delivery direct from his supplier at no additional cost. Highly recommended.

        I waited two weeks to have an answer ,I contacted them twice to find out when the product arrived, but they blamed the courier,as a customer had something to do with they delivery company ,They refounded me just so I wouldn't have to ask them when the product would arrive. Disappointing, I lost 2 weeks to get a refund at the end.

        Amazing clean up crew pack. The size and quality of the critters were unreal and they bent over backwards to ensure it arrived when I needed it. I have tried a number of places that never replied to my messages but these guys couldn't do enough to get the stock out to me. Thanks So Much, James
