Absolutely fantastic group with lots of support. We also loved our massage group with Emma she is so lovely, friendly and caring and take's great interest in the babies, emma has taught me really useful tecneques which I will use at home. We will miss our Tuesdays. I would definitely recommend early nourishment and emma.

Just finished a free four week course for baby massage and then went onto the fundraiser classes for a valentines special for baby massage ! Not everyone can afford to do the groups that you have to pay for so to find something like this that is all fully funded is amazing ! Thank you early nourishment for providing the space and to Emma for the knowledge in the classes it was lovely to be able to be a part of the group it was lovely and friendly and have made some friends from this group which is invaluable a new first time mum ! Thank you so much highly recommended

Fabulous group of ladies running this place. Brilliant baby feeding support even when you turn up in tears. Its nice to just turn up and chat to other mums and let the littlest interact. Also Emma runs an amazing baby massage course that my little one and myself really enjoyed. Have yet to do the pebble walks but have also heard great things from them. Literally dont know what I would have done without the support at the start.

Attended a course to become a breast feeding peer supporter at Early Nourishment. Couldn't recommend the course more highly. Leaders had so much knowledge, enthusiasm, kindness and good spirit that it was hard not to come away really excited to be part of this essential charitable movement in North Devon.

Early Nourishment has been pivotal in my feeding journey - I went to my first group when my daughter was 3 weeks old and burst into tears! Charlotte, Hannah and the team were so supportive and provided me with practical help and emotional support which made me feel confident enough to carry on breastfeeding and 6 months later were still going. Thank you - I genuinely couldnt have done it without you! Weve also been to the baby massage course which was run by Emma, it was such a safe space, my little girl loved getting a massage every week and Ive learned ways to help her if shes constipated or struggling with a cold. Thank you.
