Liz was amazing. Very gentle & professional. I didn't realise how bad my hearing had become, until i had the earwax removed. She has also saved me a lot of money, as i was contemplating looking at hearing aids. Now i can hear perfectly again & realise, i do not need them.

Booked an appointment with Liz following strange sensation in ears. Liz was exemplary in her professionalism. Providing a genuine friendly / welcoming approach, explaining exactly what she was doing at all times, as well as providing practical advice. I wouldn't hesitate to have a follow-up with Liz again should issues return. Thank you!

This ear wax microsuction procedure was such a satisfying treatment conducted by a registered professional. Local doctors clinics do not provide this service anymore therefore its easy to fall foul of unqualified people or the numerous dodgy methods that have made their way out on the market. I was verbally taken through a health questionnaire and my specific requirements. The treatment process was then explained to me by Liz which provided me with clear expectations. I had not had any experience of this treatment before.The treatment itself was not painful and the results were instant. Liz communicated what she was doing and seeing throughout the treatment which really put me at ease. The results were amazing, with simple aftercare I should now be able to keep my ears healthy. I felt really uplifted when I left. I can now hear a pin drop!
