What an amazing experience working with Hazel is! Brain fog, unbelievable tiredness and anxiety galore, thinking it was just me but after going through everything with Hazel and some home test kits for blood and urine profiles we have got a long way into finding out imbalances and deficiencies that are dragging me down! Amazing nutritional advice/support working steadily at my level of ability to change things and an educated list to take to my doctors for discussion. Cannot thank Hazel enough and look forward to ongoing support!!

Having been diagnosed with gastritis and acid reflux in the summer of 2022, I made an appointment with Hazel at The Verve Clinic in Barnstaple with the aspiration to manage my digestive system without the need to resort to ongoing medication: PPIs. I took a more in-depth blood test to discover more about the energy nutrients etc in my system and thus how best to address my needs. With Hazel's advice and support I have altered my daily routine of mineral intake (supplements) and I have addressed the energy spikes which occurred after eating meals; I have also tried to keep to a gluten free diet which I find has also made a difference to how I feel generally. Avoiding processed foods has also helped, and my digestive system seems to be altogether calmer; I am confident that this is the way forward for me in managing my own health. I am grateful to Hazel for her time her knowledge and her wisdom in taking me through the process, and for introducing me to more interesting foods and recipes. Thank you Hazel.
