        The instructors are friendly and encouraging. They are perceptive to your skills and fitness needs, and adjust routines accordingly. The classes really help you develop strength and flexibility. Not only that, theyre fun and I look forward to them :) Everyone in class is a pleasure to meet up with every week it is a lovely, safe space.

        Pole Affinitys classes are always good fun. The instructor is very friendly and knowledgeable. All classes are fully inclusive whether youre a beginner or done it before. I would highly recommended this to anyone looking for a fitness class to tone and up and build confidence.
