A friend suggested to me that I try CrossFit and I haven't looked back since.
I love the fact that you can do strength mixed with cardio, that you get full body work outs every day, that it pushes you mentally as well as physically and, more importantly for me is that I got to learn new skills. Who would have thought at 38 that I would be learning gymnastic moves like bar muscle ups, ring muscle ups, learning Olympic lifting like cleans and snatches, and best of all, learning to hand stand walk.
The group at All Or Nothing is incredible, I have made some great friends and we all encourage each other. Egos are left at the door!
If you try one more thing in life, try CrossFit, you wont regret it.
