        I was looking for someone to fit new brake pads to my Mini Cooper. I posted on Facebook asking for recommendations. Theresa contacted me directly on Facebook to offer a quote, she was very warm and friendly from the beginning. Theresa was super helpful in letting me know about the 10% discount for Nhs/care workers and also for students, she also told me about 10% off if I refer to them. This was such an amazing offer considering how expensive some car work can be! I felt so valued by Theresa and her team!! Theresa reassured me not to worry if I am late or need to delay due to an emergency at work (I am a care worker), this is so lovely, it made be feel at ease and Theresa personally ensured this was a stress free experience!!! Theresa came back with a quote the next morning and it was very very reasonable, she was able to book me in within 48 hours. Due to work my partner took my car to barnstaple on my behalf, there was no fuss around this, my partner reported that everyone was lovely, professional, and very efficient! I have my car back now and its perfect!!! I am absolutely taken aback and over the moon with the service from Regies repairs!! I will 100% be ringing again for future work.         From the initial Reggies Repairs were thorough and brilliant. I had to have some welding done on my car which I didn't know about. Reggie put my mind at rest and between him and his son did a brilliant job putting it right and undersealing everything. The repair bill was brilliant and very fair considering the work they had done. Theresa on the phone is brilliant and as a team they are excellent. Would highly recommend this garage.
